Pottery Classes for Adults (Beginners - Intermediate)

All ages & abilities welcomed
All our Classes run generally for a 7 - 9 Week Term
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturdays ~ Beginners Welcome
Class sizes are small (max 12). Individuals are encouraged to work on their own projects, at their own pace, exploring individuality & self expression, whilst interacting with other members of the group and learning about the techniques and chemistry of the sculptural & pottery processes.

No Classes Saturday 6 & Monday 8 March Labour Day Public Holiday weekend
Includes: 5 kgs clay, under glaze paints, glazes, firing costs & use of all pottery equipment including x 12 electric pottery wheels, slab rollers, clay extruders & 4 kilns Extra firing costs will apply for larger objects weighing over 2kg or non standard firing
Private Tuition, Workshops and Art Therapy sessions are also conducted at Studio Artemis, further enquiries welcomed
Casual Sessions: $75.00 per session includes clay & firing of small pieces (subject to availability during class times)

Time: 9.00am - 10.30pm
(7 wks) 1.5 hrs per session
Classes run for 7 weeks for the duration of the school term
Investment: $345.00 (7 weeks)
Includes: clay, under glaze paints, glazes, firing costs & use of all pottery equipment including x 10 pottery wheels, slab roller, extruder & 2 kilns.
Class sizes are small. Children are encouraged to work on their own projects, exploring individuality & self expression whilst interacting with other members of the group and learning about the techniques and chemistry of the process, including using the Pottery Wheel.
Children have the opportunity to take home finished pieces for use within the home or give away as gifts to family and friends.
